Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$100 cash referral fee for renters who refer future renters staying at least 7 nights!!
$200 refundable security deposit is required immediately after confirmation in order to hold your reservation. The final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. (if booking a date less than 4 weeks away- payment and deposit should be made as soon as possible.

The one-time $75 cleaning fee applies for all stays less than 7 nights. This cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 nights or longer.

Pool Heat is an additional $20 per night plus tax.  Let me know if you are interested.
