Regular Weekly Rate-  $1028.30 Total (includes rental and tax)
Nightly Rate:  $130 per night plus tax. 

10 Percent discount when staying two weeks or MORE! 

Holiday Nightly Rate: $159 per night plus tax (Week of Thanksgiving, December 15- December 31)

The one-time $75 cleaning fee applies for all stays less than 7 nights.
This cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 nights or longer.

13% taxes added to all rentals.

$200 refundable security deposit is required immediately after confirmation in order to hold your reservation. The final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. (unless you are booking a date less than 4 weeks away- then payment and deposit should be sent as soon as possible)

Pool heat is an additional $20 per night plus tax.  My utilities are MUCH higher when heat is used.  Temperature can reach 104 degrees. 

I allow some pets.  Must be approved.  Additional $200 refundable pet deposit required.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal (add 4 percent fee), No fee for personal US checks.  Out of country checks add $30 processing fee
